Delete your HonuFon account

How to request deletion

1. Email support@honufon.com from the email address on your HonuFon account.
2. Use the subject line Delete my HonuFon account.
3. Include the mobile phone number you registered with.
4. We confirm by email when your account and data have been deleted.

Uninstalling the app does not delete your account. You must send the request above.

What is deleted

• Your account: email address, phone number, password and sign-in records.
• The copy of your contact list and your allowed and blocked caller lists.
• Your call history, including caller numbers and caller ID names.
• Your voicemail recordings and their transcripts.
• Device registrations and app diagnostic logs linked to your account.

What is kept, and for how long

Your data is removed from our live systems when we process your request. Copies that exist in our encrypted server backups are removed as those backups expire, within 90 days.
